Schwenger GmbH & Co. KG was established in Süßen (Suessen), Germany in 1995 and is still family owned to this day. The company was created to manage the buildings within the Carl Stahl group of companies. The Carl Stahl Group was itself founded in Süßen in 1880 as a rope factory to provide products for agriculture. Today, Schwenger GmbH & Co. KG owns and manages a total of 14 buildings in Germany, Switzerland, and Hungary.
